Shipping & returns

SHIPPING

We try to ship every order out the next business day or within 24 hours of receiving your order.  (Unfortunately we do not offer same day shipping)

When your order ships we will send you an email with USPS tracking information.

We use Priority Mail 2-3 Day Domestic Delivery and Priority International Mail. 

For general shipping rate information, add the item you'd like to your cart and use the"ESTIMATE SHIPPING" dropdowns on the 'My Cart' page to generate an exact shipping estimate.

We do not ship to all countries so if your country is not in the "ESTIMATE SHIPPING" dropdown on the checkout page, unfortunately we're not able to reliably ship to you.

CANADIAN SHIPMENTS

Uhhh... be prepared to wait at least a month for your package due to your customs process.... longer than for any other country, even the EU. That and your mail service is the only country that has ever sent us back a half burned empty envelope in an officially marked baggie with a note saying 'We're sorry, there was a fire' Yeah! :P 

USPS charges a lot for priority international shipping and it considers Canada an international shipment. It still takes forever to get to you priority or not and you may notice your package is sent to California for customs analysis before its shipped back up to Canada. Therefore, if possible, we will try to ship First Class if its cheaper and send you a refund for the difference via paypal.

 

ORDER STATUS

When your order ships we will send out an email with USPS tracking information.

To see the status of your order you can 'Log In' to your account and go to 'My Account' > 'Orders' > 'Details' (upper right)

 

CHECKOUT AND PAYMENT PROBLEMS

If you have problems with your payment and it didn't go through the first time:

   1. 'Log In' to your account and go to 'My Account' > 'Orders' > 'Details' (upper right)

   2. Click the 'RETRY PAYMENT' button and go through the payment process again.

PAYING WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT

Yes, you can pay without a paypal account.

When you go through the checkout process and you get to the Paypal page, scroll down and click the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button and it will allow you to pay without a paypal account. Just enter your card information into the form to complete the checkout process.

ORDER PROBLEMS

We take a photo of all orders before shipping, with the packing list and shipping information in full view, seconds before the order is packed for shipping. 

However that doesn't mean mistakes don't happen. 

If you recieve your order but are missing parts or have any other issues, please use the 'Contact Us' page and let us know.

 

RETURN POLICY

If after receiving your order you decide that you would like to return it, please contact us within 14 days to work out return details.

Returned stoves must be in UNBURNED, NEW condition. Burned in stoves submitted for refunds will not be accepted and will not be returned to sender unless you pay the shipping fee to have it shipped back to you.

Refunds will be given after we recieve your item in like new (unburned in) condition and the full refund will be credited to your paypal account.
